consideration of the acceptances of the right to participate - entrants,
participants and spectators by execution of this entry form, release and
discharge Caballeros de Yuma Inc., the State of Arizona, the City of Yuma,
the Yuma Chamber of Commerce and their officers, directors, trustees,
employees, agents, representatives, volunteers and servants, and anyone
else connected with the management and presentation of Caballeros de Yuma
Inc of and from any all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses,
judgments, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by
entrant to his person or property, further, each entrant expressly agrees
to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of
and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of
the entrants. Entrant agrees that participation in any contest, games or
activities may be limited. I have
read this form and agree to all conditions of the Midnight at the Oasis
application and to rules governing the event as set forth on this form and
agree to observe all rules and decision of the event management. |
