Required Criteria to apply:
1. Citizen of the United States of America
2. GPA of 3.0 or higher
3. Community involvement or high school extracurricular activities will be highly considered
4. Will be attending; an accredited post-secondary educational institution or trade school and must be a fulltime student (at least 12 semester hours)
Graduating High School seniors should apply for the MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP.
1. The top applicant will be awarded the El Presidente Memorial Scholarship of $5,000.
2. The two runner-ups will each be awarded the El Toro Grande Memorial Scholarship of $2,500.
3. Nine finalists will each be awarded a Memorial Scholarship of $1,000.
